Amalaki Ekadashi also called as Amalaka Ekadashi is a holy day, celebrated on the 11th day i.e, Ekadashi of the waxing moon, in the month of Phalgun. It involves the worship of amalaka or amla tree, also known as the Indian gooseberry. It is believed that God Vishnu reside in the tree. आमलकी एकादशी इस साल 26 फरवरी को मनाई जाएगी | इस दिन व्रत रखा जाता है और आवले के पेड़ की पूजा की जाती है | फाल्गुन माह के शुक्ल पक्ष की एकादशी को आमलकी एकादशी के नाम से जाना जाता है | माना जाता है की विष्णु जी ने जब सृष्टि की रचना के लिए ब्रह्मा को जन्म दिया उसी समय उन्होंने आंवले के वृक्ष को भी जन्म दिया। आंवले को भगवान विष्णु ने आदि वृक्ष के रूप में प्रतिष्ठित किया है और इसके हर अंग में ईश्वर का स्थान माना गया है। तो आइये आचार्य अजय द्विवेदी जी से जानें आमलकी एकादशी व्रत पर किन किन बातों का धयान रखना चाहिए |
